Real Wedding: Sara + Mason at Weymouth Center

I am so excited to share this wedding with you! One of the neatest things in owning a business is getting a lead from a recommendation. And sometimes after a referral sent you this and then this - you forget where it all generated from. Well Sara is one of those brides! She sent her bestie Danielle to me based on the referral from her good friend (who was my suite mate in college) Mary-Elizabeth. After Danielle's wedding, Sara got engaged and looked us up to coordinate her day as well. It didn't all click together until one random conversation and I saw the connections of it all. So neat! I love it!

But back to the wedding! I had a hard time even describing this event. First off- I just adored Sara. Not only was she sweet, kind, but she was a professional and always treated every vendor like a professional. Sounds simple! But it is a trait that not a lot of people have - so when I see it - I highly appreciate it. She had the best vision for her day and I loved seeing the choices and vendors come together. She wanted simple, southern elegance. Think Magnolia leaves, neutral colors, and clean crisp lines. I fell in love just listening to her talk about it!

One of the biggest pieces to it all was the tent. We waffled back and forth between a pole tent, a clear tent, a frame tent, and finally landed on the best decision - a sailcloth tent. Y'all - this tent from Party Reflections was ah-mazing. I was always under the impression that sailcloth meant 100k+ budgets - I mean have you seen the Sperry Tents?!? But Party Reflections does such a great job of marrying style and budget. It was so affordable! It was literally the element that pulled the entire design together.

The day came together so well with perfect weather, and perfect temperature. Such a vast difference from this weekend last year (Alannah and Gabe - your wedding was still absolute perfection). I loved how there were different spots for the guests throughout the night and the music was awesome. Melonbelly played for the ceremony and then transitioned for cocktail hour. They. are. awesome! Seriously- I loved their music, attitudes, and they were so easy to get a long with. I highly recommend them if you are looking for an acoustic/bluegrass-y group. Rocky Top killed it as usual with the food and the guests loved the signature cocktail the yellowhammer after their alma mater - Alabama.

These pictures are amazing - and you can see how unbelievably gorgeous Sara was. My jaw literally dropped when I saw her! That dress was perfection (shout out to Olga for a major dress rescue here - another story- another time friends). Enjoy the photos from Old South!

Mason and Sara- THANK YOU for giving me the opportunity to serve you and your family. I will say that I miss my texts and meetings - but I am so happy that you two are MARRIED and enjoying life as newlyweds. You all are the sweetest and I can't wait to see what the future holds for you both!

Thanks to all our awesome vendors!
