Communication
As soon as you book with us, you have access to email and text us as you need! We do not make you wait until two to three months out from your wedding day to use us as a resource. We are happy to recommend vendors, talk through your biggest stressors and help you troubleshoot your anxieties. This package includes up to three planning meetings including site visits and final walk throughs to ensure that everyone is on the same page for your wedding day to run smoothly.
Vendor Management
Our timeline is shared with all your vendors to ensure their arrival/departure times and to ensure our timeline is reasonable for what they need to accomplish. For example, the caterer needs to know if the ceremony is going to be half an hour or an hour so they can have appetizers ready. And we always like to check our timeline with the photographer to ensure you get the time you need for those images of your day that you get to treasure forever!

Coordinate and Develop Logistics
We make a timeline for your day to keep things on schedule and make sure we are staffed to execute the timeline. We run your rehearsal, ceremony and then events of your reception working with your vendor team prior to the day of to ensure an excellent event!
There all Day
We arrive before your first vendor is scheduled to arrive and are the last vendor to leave. We put out all your personal items and decor, run your event, and at the end of the night pack up your belongings so your wedding party and loved ones can celebrate and enjoy the evening with you. We check in with the venue before leaving for the night to ensure it is left as clean as it was when we arrived.
