Oh where to even begin? Well - let’s start with how we met Ashlee. Ashlee booked The Bradford then became B&P’s intern and over a year ago she was hired as the manager of B&P Designs. She is our resident office DJ, the best to goof off with, and can make any text thread full of the best memes. She also has a killer design eye and is rocking it out in this role.
Naturally her wedding was full of flowers and every detail designed to a tee. Ashlee wanted something different and unique for her wedding. We were so excited when she landed on the jewel tone color palette and got to play with some really fun colors! Her invitations were dusty blue, black, and mustard yellow. For the linens we added in some emerald green, dark purple, and gold metallics.
The Bradford has multiple areas that can be used for ceremonies and receptions. She decided on the front garden for her ceremony with a macramé back drop, a white fluffy rug at their feet with poms as their aisle markers. It was gorgeous!
Guests enjoyed cocktail hour in the side yard with a beer canoe and lawn games. For the reception, the clear top tent was strung with market lights and greenery to create a garden like feel to the space. Bull heads, and compotes, and Moroccan lanterns were used to decorate the colorful tables. Each guest had a unique goblet and full place setting. Even though dinner was served from food trucks, guests got to sit, place their order, and then be served the food from the trucks. It was such a fun way for guests to experience dinner and the amazingness of food trucks.
There was no detail left unnoticed. The escort display was beautifully adorned with flowers, the cake was placed on a mid century modern desk, and the mantle was overflowing with greenery. Her bouquet was amazing. She kept saying she wanted it to be massive- and it was! The moms, and Bridesmaids wore greenery crowns down the aisle and the guys had simple and fun boutonnieres. By the far, the highlight of the day was that Ashlee and Austin chose to do their first look with an alpaca and a llama! It was such a fun and different approach to the day. This was by far the most impeccably designed and executed event.
All day we called her our Boho Princess - and she most certainly was! She was gorgeous and just so freaking happy. We could not be more thrilled to of been a part of her day!! Enjoy all the photos from Blest Studios!
